William Smith Bio

Mr. Smith joined Littlejohn as a Vice President in 2022. Previously, Mr. Smith served as an investment professional at Harren Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm, where he evaluated and executed investments across a variety of industries, engaging in all aspects of the investment process. Prior to that, he served as an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Smith received a B.S.C. in Accounting & Business Administration with honors from Washington and Lee University.
