Mr. Totoonchie is a Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets and is responsible for managing all portfolio company debt financing activities, from original buyout to recapitalization, including acquisitions and refinancings. Mr. Totoonchie is also responsible for developing and managing the firm’s lending relationships. Prior to Littlejohn, Mr. Totoonchie had a 20-year investment banking career, spending the first decade at J.P. Morgan in both Syndicated and Leveraged Finance and Credit Risk Management. He then spent seven years at Deutsche Bank in Leveraged Finance, followed by three years at Jefferies in Leveraged Finance. Over his career, Mr. Totoonchie has advised corporate and sponsor clients on all matters of financing, including asset-based loans, pro rata bank loans, institutional loans, high yield bonds and hybrid structures. Mr. Totoonchie graduated from Emory University with a B.B.A. from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University, with a double concentration in Corporate Finance and Information Technology.
