Michael Kaplan Bio

Mr. Kaplan joined Littlejohn in 2005 and is a Managing Director on the Private Equity team and a member of the investment committee. He has been a key part of the Firm’s investments in Kenan Advantage Group, CTI Foods, CoActive Technologies, Henniges Automotive, Clearn Earth, Unitek and HydroChemPSC. Previously, Mr. Kaplan was a Senior Associate at Ripplewood Holdings LLC and prior to that was an attorney at Cravath, Swaine and Moore. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and holds a J.D. (with honors) from the Columbia University School of Law.
