Kenneth Warren Bio

Mr. Warren joined Littlejohn in 2008 and is the Firm’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Littlejohn, he was the Senior Vice President for Finance at Quadrangle Group LLC, where he was responsible for accounting and administration of the hedge fund and asset management businesses. Prior to joining Quadrangle in 2005, Mr. Warren was the Chief Financial Officer at Clearwater Capital Partners, LLC, where he was responsible for all aspects of accounting, investor relations, operations and financial affairs. His prior experience includes his tenures at Credit Suisse First Boston, The Beacon Group and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Warren is an inactive certified public accountant and an attorney. Mr. Warren received a B.S. in Accounting from Providence College and a J.D. with tax honors from Rutgers School of Law.
