Jonathan Hatch Bio

As a founding partner of Little Mountain Industries, Jonathan Hatch has led the successful acquisitions of Flame Control Coatings and The Dolphin Company. Mr. Hatch specializes in structuring transactions and provides financial oversight to portfolio companies. Prior to forming Little Mountain Industries, Mr. Hatch was the Chief Financial Officer for the M.E. Osborne Companies, a real estate development company with other investments in construction related manufacturing and distribution companies. In this role, Mr. Hatch managed company capital and cash flow, obtained all loans and managed banking relationships, and monitored investments. Before joining the M.E. Osborne Companies, Mr. Hatch was Vice President of a private equity group, during which time he served as interim CFO for a manufacturer of wood furniture. Mr. Hatch obtained his MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia in 1994.
