Lars Verneholt Bio

Lars joined Litorina in 2008 and is the chairman of the investment committee and responsible for Litorina’s new investment activities. Lars graduated with an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in 1994 and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago in 1997. Prior to joining Litorina, Lars worked in the financial advisory industry, where he held various positions at Handelsbanken, Merrill Lynch, Carnegie and Catella, working on both public and private transactions including capital raising processes, M&A transactions and IPOs. Lars has also worked as the CFO for Nordic Circle, a Swedish consultancy business. Lars has previously served on the boards of several of Litorina’s companies, including Semantix, Grolls, Cederroth, Fresks and Fiskarhedenvillan.
