Ally Pace Bio

Ally Pace has over five years of experience within executive search and partner relations in the healthcare industry. Prior to Linden, she was a Senior Associate at Oxeon Partners, a retained executive search and investments firm focused exclusively within healthcare. Here she worked to recruit, assess, and place C-level roles. Ms. Pace began her career as the Chief of Staff at Wayspring Health where she focused on strategy projects for health plans and acted as the liaison between the CEO, clients, and the Board of Directors. Ms. Pace holds a BS in Journalism and Computer Science from Belmont University and an MBA from Belmont University.
