Jonathan Cope Bio

Mr. Cope has over 20 years experience investing in public and private companies and focuses on private equity investments and life sciences investing. While working at a captive law firm for Equity Group Investments (a Sam Zell investment arm), Mr. Cope focused on M&A, private equity and securities matters. Mr. Cope also practiced law at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. Mr. Cope holds a Masters degree in Molecular Biology from IIT and a J.D. from the University of Chicago and is a Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude graduate in Economics from Brandeis University. Mr. Cope is involved in several Chicago based non-profit organizations.
