Will Franklin Bio

Will Franklin joined the Lime Rock Partners team in 2003 and was named a Managing Director in 2008. Currently based in Houston, Will has worked in the firm’s Houston, Calgary, and Westport, Connecticut locations and has played a leadership role in the firm’s investment efforts in the oilfield service and E&P sectors in North America and internationally. Before joining Lime Rock, he had experience in private equity, energy company operations, and energy finance at Riverstone Holdings, Simmons & Company, and Parker & Parsley Petroleum Company. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin (B.A., B.B.A.) and Harvard Business School (M.B.A.). Will currently serves on the board of directors of Ardyne and OiLSERV. He previously served on the board of directors of AccessESP, Airis, GEODynamics, Hercules Offshore, Liquila Ventures, PDC Mountaineer, Shelf Drilling, Southwest Oilfield Products, UTEC International, and Xtreme Drilling.
