Deb Stillman Bio

Deb Stillman joined Lime Rock in 2008 as Director of Human Resources. In that role, she oversees recruiting, benefits, HR administration, and other human resources functions for both the Lime Rock Partners and Lime Rock Resources teams. Prior to joining Lime Rock, Deb was a broker with Aon Benfield and has over 15 years experience in risk management, client relations, and human resources. Deb is a graduate of Catawba College (B.A.), Sacred Heart University (M.B.A.), and Cornell University (Human Resources Management Studies).
