Lane McPhillips is a Director and Head of Human Capital. In her role, Ms. McPhillips oversees all aspects of human capital including performance, development and training, employee relations, recruitment, and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. Prior to joining Lightyear, Ms. McPhillips was a Director at a New York based private equity firm, CI Capital Partners, assuming overall responsibility for Human Resources and Office Management. Previously, Ms. McPhillips held similar roles at New York based hedge fund, MKP Capital Management and London based hedge fund, Arrowgrass Capital Partners. Prior to that, Ms. McPhillips was an Office Manager at a private equity firm, G.C. Andersen Partners. Ms. McPhillips holds a B.A. in Human Development from Boston College, with a minor in Psychology and a focus on Organizational Behavior.
