Doug Chiciak Bio

Doug Chiciak is the Chief Compliance Officer at Lightyear Capital where he oversees the Firm’s compliance program. Prior to joining Lightyear in 2018, Mr. Chiciak was the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at New Mountain Capital. Previously, Mr. Chiciak was the Chief Compliance Officer at Saba Capital Management. Mr. Chiciak began his career as a Compliance Analyst at the D.E. Shaw Group, before being promoted to Vice President of Compliance. Mr. Chiciak holds a B.A. in Government and Creative Writing from Hamilton College.
