Michael Warren Bio

Michael J. Warren is a Partner of Liberty Hall. He also serves as Liberty Hall’s Responsible Investment Officer. Prior to joining Liberty Hall in 2020, he was Chief Executive Officer and, previously, Chief Financial Officer of Omada International, a Tier II supplier of structural airframe components to the global aerospace industry, which he joined in 2013. From 2005-2013, he was a Principal at Oak Hill Capital Management, where he was member of the Basic Industries group and focused on investments in the aerospace and defense industry. From 1999-2005, he was a Vice President at Palladium Equity Partners. He began his career as an Analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in 1996. Mr. Warren currently serves on the boards of directors of Accurus Aerospace Corporation and Dunlop Aircraft Tyres and previously served on the board of directors of Bromford Group.
