Matt Seely Bio

Matt G. Seely is a Vice President of Liberty Hall. Prior to joining Liberty Hall in 2021, he was an Associate of First Reserve Corporation. While at First Reserve, which he joined in 2020, Mr. Seely was responsible for investments in the energy services and manufacturing sectors. He began his career as an Analyst in the Energy Services and Equipment group at Simmons & Company International. Mr. Seely currently serves on the board of directors of Comply365 and has previously been actively involved in Liberty Hall’s investment in Bromford Group and Onboard Systems International. Mr. Seely earned his B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with concentrations in Finance and Information Technology.
