Jason Kahn Bio

Jason Kahn is a Managing Director and the General Counsel on the Legal and Compliance team primarily focused on overseeing legal and regulatory matters for Lexington and its funds. Jason joined Lexington as a senior associate in 2013 from Seward and Kissel LLP, where he was a private funds attorney focused on fund formation, regulatory, and transactional matters for private equity funds and hedge funds. He graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations and from Fordham University School of Law with a JD.
