Guillaume Caulier is a Managing Director on the Secondary team primarily focused on the origination, evaluation, and execution of non-U.S. secondary opportunities including partnership and GP-led transactions. Guillaume joined Lexington as an associate in 2010 from Arma Partners, where he was an associate in investment banking. Prior to that, he was an analyst in investment banking at Deutsche Bank. Guillame graduated from the Sorbonne University in Paris with a BSc in Economics and Business Administration and from Bocconi University with a European masters in Corporate Finance.
