Elizabeth Richards Bio

Elizabeth Richards is a Director, Legal Counsel, and the Chief Compliance Officer on the Legal and Compliance team primarily focused on overseeing legal and regulatory matters and developing and administering Lexington’s global compliance program. Elizabeth joined Lexington in 2019 from Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she was a partner focused on a wide range of legal, regulatory and compliance matters for private investment funds. Prior to that, she was corporate counsel at American Century Investments in Kansas City. Elizabeth graduated from Yale University with a BA in History and from Georgetown University Law Center with a JD (Honors).
