Betsy Grzybinski Bio

As the Director of People Operations, Betsy Grzybinski serves as a business partner to Lewis & Clark Capital’s leadership team, employees, and portfolio companies, providing guidance on a comprehensive range of HR topics, including but not limited to People Practices, Talent Development, Performance Management, HR Systems, and Compliance. Prior to joining Lewis & Clark Holdings, Betsy enjoyed 13+ years serving staff, faculty, and students at Lindenwood University. Betsy is passionate about creating a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion to develop and engage employees across all levels of the organization, driving program strategy and transformation. Betsy is proud to serve on the Board of Directors for the Disabled Athlete and Sport Association (DASA), a local non-profit that empowers individuals with physical disabilities to find their inner athlete through adaptive sports and fitness. Betsy and her husband, Todd, enjoy chasing their kids from hockey rink to hockey rink, traveling, and staying active.
