Stephen Hogan Bio

Stephen Hogan joined LLCP in 1996 and currently serves as President, Co-Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Firm. In this capacity, he is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the management company and LLCP’s global business affairs, as well as oversight of the finance, accounting and investor relations functions. Stephen is a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to joining LLCP, Stephen served as the Chief Financial Officer for a Southern California middle market company and previously worked for KPMG Peat Marwick in Los Angeles, where he performed audit and tax work. Stephen received a B.S.B.A. with an emphasis in Accounting and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California, and is a licensed CPA.
