Jay Berajawala Bio

Jay Berajawala joined LLCP in 2018 and currently serves as an Associate Director of the Investment Management team. In this capacity, he participates in investment due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio management. Prior to joining LLCP, Jay was an Associate with Riverside Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm, where he participated in investment due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio management. He began his career at Citigroup in Los Angeles as a member of the M&A team. Jay received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
