Justin Katz Bio

Justin is a Vice President based in Level Equity’s New York office focused on high growth software, internet, and technology-enabled services businesses. He is responsible for building relationships with entrepreneurs, executing new investment opportunities, and assisting on portfolio company initiatives. Before joining Level, he was an investor at Wavecrest Growth Partners where he sourced, executed, and managed growth equity investments in B2B software and technology-enabled services businesses. He also previously worked in the Financial Technology Investment Banking group at Raymond James where he focused on advising software and technology companies on a variety of transactions that ranged from sell-side M&A mandates to capital raising financings. Justin is a graduate of the Carroll School of Management at Boston College with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting. Originally from Fort Lee, NJ, Justin is a passionate New York sports fan and in his spare time, an avid golfer.
