Elaine Harris-Whalen Bio

Elaine leads Human Resources & Administration for Level Equity. In her role, she is responsible for the firm’s human resource management, which includes talent strategy, employee engagement, and performance development. Before joining Level Equity, Elaine spent over 13 years in McKinsey & Company’s New York Office, focusing on professional development and recruiting. She was responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and developing partner-track talent into the firm and helping them grow. She brings this passion for developing world-class teams to Level Equity. Elaine holds a B.A. from Smith College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. Outside work, she enjoys improving her golf game and spending as much time as possible in the summer at the beach with her family. Elaine lives in Westchester with her husband and daughter.
