Michael Casey Bio

Michael Casey is the Managing Partner of L1 Impact. Michael was previously a Senior Partner at L1 Retail and the Executive Chair/CEO of Holland & Barrett, Europe’s largest health and wellness retailer, where he oversaw a technology-led transformation. Prior to joining L1 Retail, Michael was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where he was Head of Retail in EMEA and Head of Ireland M&A. Earlier in his career Michael worked in Technology and Strategy consulting at Accenture. Michael received an MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an MA in History & Political Science from Trinity College, Dublin.
