Ben Babcock Bio

Ben Babcock is a Managing Director at Letterone. Prior to this role he was a Managing Director and Head of Restructuring with Morgan Stanley, an international investment bank. In this role Ben advised companies and investors on a number of complex recapitalization, refinancing and M&A transactions across the energy, transportation, telecommunications, infrastructure and manufacturing industries across Europe and Middle East. Previously he worked for Merrill Lynch and Lazard in London and Canada. Mr Babcock has a BA (Hons) in East Asian Studies from the University of Toronto, an MsC from the London School of Economics and is a Chartered Accountant.
