Joseph Rotberg Bio

Mr. Rotberg is Partner, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of the firm. Prior to joining Lee Equity in 2006, Mr. Rotberg was a Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman), where he had primary responsibility for all financial matters including accounting operations, financial reporting, treasury and tax for the firm’s 50+ offices in 25 countries. Prior to Mercer, Mr. Rotberg held the position of Regional Controller and then Worldwide Director of Internal Audit at Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. Prior to joining Booz Allen, Mr. Rotberg was an Analyst and Accountant at Salomon Brothers, Inc. and began his professional career at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). Mr. Rotberg has previously served on the board of directors of Captive Resources and Eating Recovery Center. Mr. Rotberg received a B.S. in Accounting from the School of Professional Accountancy at the C.W. Post Center of Long Island University, with cum laude honors and is a Certified Public Accountant (NY-Active) and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and NY State Society of CPAs.
