Toby Rougier Bio

Toby is responsible for the overall performance and strategic direction of LDC. He was appointed Chief Executive in January 2021 and leads LDC’s activity throughout the UK. Toby has founded, built and led a number of different financial services business, both large and small. He joined LDC from Lloyds Banking Group, where he is Group Corporate Treasurer, with responsibility for the Group’s balance sheets and investment portfolios. He has been a Non-Executive Director on LDC’s board for the last three years. In his earlier career, Toby spent eight years as Managing Director of Corporate Banking at Santander and eight years as a Consultant at McKinsey.
