Richard Godwin Bio

Richard identifies and works with ambitious management teams whose growth could benefit from private equity partnership. Richard brings over 20 years’ experience in Corporate Finance, M&A and Restructuring. Prior to LDC, Richard was with the global investment bank, Rothschild & Co, where he advised some of the UK’s leading entrepreneurs and management teams on domestic and cross-border deals, across a range of sectors. Richard started his career in KPMG’s restructuring team, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He graduated from the University of Warwick and University of Richmond (USA) with a degree in Accounting & Finance.
