Aylesh is a partner and Head of South. He is responsible for supporting the growth ambitions of businesses across the South of England, based out of Reading. Since joining LDC in 2015, he has supported the growth of several businesses across the tech and business services sectors including specialist software developer for the travel industry 15below, managed services provider Acora, data fulfilment provider RDi, cloud and digital services provider Kerv and Onecom, the UK’s largest independent business telecommunications provider. Aylesh has been heavily involved in helping his portfolio companies create value through transformative acquisitions as well as supporting the delivery of organic growth initiatives. He also recently led the exit and re-investment of Kerv, which generated an IRR of 45% for LDC. Aylesh is a qualified accountant and has a degree in Mathematics from Manchester University. Before joining LDC, he spent three years as a senior executive in the mid-market M&A team at EY, having previously worked in the firm’s audit practice.
