Jean-Marie joined LBO France in 2003. Since 1993, he has been working with medium-sized companies first as auditor with Ernst & Young, then as a senior banker with Paribas Brussels and finally for four years with an M&A firm, Dôme Close Brothers in Paris during which he was involved in M&As on behalf of investment funds and corporate clients. Jean-Marie graduated from ICHEC Business school in Brussels.
