Matthew Chandler Bio

Matthew Chandler is Vice President at Lateral Investment Management and a member of the investment team. His primary responsibilities include originating new investment opportunities, underwriting and structuring transactions, general marketing activities, and monitoring portfolio companies. Prior to Lateral, Matthew was Director of Originations at ExWorks Capital, a private credit fund specializing in senior secured lending, growth capital, and bridge credit facilities. Matthew received his MBA from Northwestern University’s the Kellogg School of Management. He completed undergrad with a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa, where he played on the lacrosse team.
