Steven Lau Bio

Mr. Lau is a Vice President at L Catterton. Prior to joining L Catterton, Mr. Lau served as Chief of Staff of Cholula Food Company, where he focused on strategic growth initiatives and led business transformation programs spanning finance, sales, and supply chain functions. Prior to Cholula, Mr. Lau was a Senior Associate at L Catterton and started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Consumer, Retail, and Healthcare Group. Mr. Lau graduated summa cum laude from Cornell University, earning a B.S. in Operations Research and Information Engineering and a Dyson Business Minor for Engineers.
