Lucy Chen Bio

Ms. Chen is a Principal at L Catterton. Prior to joining L Catterton, Ms. Chen was a Vice President at Lee Equity Partners where she focused on investments in the consumer, healthcare and business services sectors. Prior to Lee Equity, she was an Associate at Bain Capital. Ms. Chen started her career as an Analyst in the Technology, Media and Telecom Group at Lazard. Ms. Chen graduated from Harvard College with an A.B. in History and received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
