Javier Molto Bio

Mr. Molto is a Principal, Latin America at L Catterton. Prior to joining L Catterton, he was an Associate at Aimara Capital, a Latin America-focused private equity fund. Previously, he was an emerging markets Equity Research Analyst at Bloomberg with a focus on Latin America. Prior to that, he was as an industrial engineer with Kuehne + Nagel where he worked on assignments advising clients on various strategic challenges and operational improvement opportunities. During his career, he has lived and worked in Spain, Denmark, USA, Italy, Switzerland, China and Latin America. Mr. Molto graduated with honors with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain) and studied Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Denmark. He received his MBA, with honors, from the University of North Carolina and he is also a CFA Charterholder. Mr. Molto is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and conversant in Mandarin Chinese.
