Akash Desai Bio

Mr. Desai is a Vice President at L Catterton Asia, focusing on investments in India and Middle East. Prior to joining L Catterton Asia, Mr. Desai was an Investment Analyst in Special Opportunities and Real Estate arm of Kotak Private Equity, where he focussed on structured equity and debt transactions within the Media, Renewable, Technology and Real Estate sectors. Prior to joining Kotak Private Equity, Mr. Desai worked with a consumer media start-up. Mr. Desai is a Chartered Accountant and received B.Com. from University of Mumbai.
