Brian Lau Bio

Brian Lau joined Krystal Growth Partners in 2019. As Vice President, Brian's responsibilities span the entire investment cycle to include deal origination and execution as well as ongoing support of the firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to Krystal Growth Partners, Brian was an Associate with CIBC Mid-Market Investment Banking where he advised on numerous M&A transactions. Brian also worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in both their assurance and transaction services practices, where he qualified as a CPA, CA in 2015. Brian graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2012 with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting.
