Stephen Schipani Bio

Stephen Schipani is the Global Head of Tax for KPS Capital Partners. KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $21.3 billion of assets under management (as of September 30, 2023, pro forma for the final close of Fund VI and Mid-Cap Fund II)1 focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing. Prior to joining KPS in 2015, Mr. Schipani was a Tax Senior Manager at Deloitte Tax, LLP, specializing in Financial Services. Mr. Schipani graduated from the City University of New York, Bernard Baruch College with a Bachelor of Accountancy.
