Rick Trank Bio

Rick Trank is a Senior Vice President, Portfolio Operations, of KPS Capital Partners. KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $21.3 billion of assets under management (as of September 30, 2023, pro forma for the final close of Fund VI and Mid-Cap Fund II)1 focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing. Prior to joining KPS, Mr. Trank was the Senior Director in the commercial team at Neuronetics. He has several years of experience working across multiple divisions of Medtronic as Director of Commercial Excellence. Mr. Trank holds a B.S. degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Florida State University.
