Mark Callahan Bio

Mark Callahan is a Managing Director, Debt Capital Markets of KPS Capital Partners. KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $21.3 billion of assets under management (as of September 30, 2023, pro forma for the final close of Fund VI and Mid-Cap Fund II)1 focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing. Prior to joining KPS in 2020, Mr. Callahan was Managing Director within the Leveraged Finance Group at Credit Suisse. He held various positions in Credit Trading and Capital Markets in both the U.S. and Asia-Pacific during his 21 year tenure. Mr. Callahan graduated from Hobart College with a B.A. in Economics.
