Marc Liebman Bio

Marc Liebman is a Vice President of Finance for KPS Capital Partners. KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $21.3 billion of assets under management (as of September 30, 2023, pro forma for the final close of Fund VI and Mid-Cap Fund II)1 focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing. Prior to joining KPS in 2021, Mr. Liebman was a Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management. Mr. Liebman graduated with a M.B.A. in Accounting from Baruch College and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland.
