Emily Vavrichek Bio

Emily Vavrichek is Director, Investor Relations & Marketing of KPS Capital Partners. KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $21.3 billion of assets under management (as of September 30, 2023, pro forma for the final close of Fund VI and Mid-Cap Fund II)1 focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing. Ms. Vavrichek first became associated with KPS in 2012. Prior to joining KPS in 2012, Ms. Vavrichek worked at Credit Suisse in their Private Fund Group and at Atlantic-Pacific Capital. Ms. Vavrichek graduated from Duke University with a B.S. degree in Economics.
