Chris Anderson Bio

Chris Anderson is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of KPS Capital Partners. KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $21.3 billion of assets under management (as of September 30, 2023, pro forma for the final close of Fund VI and Mid-Cap Fund II)1 focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing. Prior to joining KPS in 2011, Mr. Anderson was an Associate in the Investment Funds Group at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and a Corporate Associate at Hahn & Hessen, LP. Mr. Anderson is also a veteran of the United States Air Force, having served as a Logistics Specialist and earned a service medal for service in Desert Shield and was awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal upon his separation from the service. Mr. Anderson graduated from the University of Washington and received his J.D. from Syracuse University.
