Bhumika Shah Bio

Bhumika Shah is Chief Financial Officer of KPS Capital Partners. KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $21.3 billion of assets under management (as of September 30, 2023, pro forma for the final close of Fund VI and Mid-Cap Fund II)1 focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing. Prior to joining KPS in 2004, Ms. Shah was an Assistant Controller at Soros Fund Management LLC in their Private Equity group. Prior to Soros, she was a Senior Accountant in Deloitte & Touche LLP's audit practice specializing in Private Equity Funds/Financial Services. Ms. Shah graduated from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business with a B.S in Finance and Accounting.
