Jonathan Ward Bio

Mr. Ward joined Kohlberg in 2009 as an Operating Partner. He is currently Chairman of BluSky Restoration Contractors; CIBT; EN Engineering and a member of the board of directors of Hub Group, and Sara Lee® Frozen Bakery. Previously, he served as Chairman of Central Parking Corporation; Centerplate; Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC; Interstate Hotels & Resorts; Osmose Utilities Services and U.S.I.C. and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Troon Golf, all Kohlberg portfolio companies. He is responsible for thesis development, company diligence and portfolio company operations management in the Business Services sector. Prior to joining Kohlberg, Mr. Ward was the Chief Executive Officer at ServiceMaster Corporation and held various senior level management positions at Lazard Frères & Co. and R.R. Donnelley & Sons. Mr. Ward received a B.S. from the University of New Hampshire.
