Mr. Harwood joined Kohlberg in 2014 and was named a Managing Director in 2022. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Harwood was with H.I.G. Capital. Prior to that, he was in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He is a member of the board of directors of Area Wide Protective, ENTrust, GPRS, Nellson, Sara Lee Frozen Bakery, and USIC. Mr. Harwood received a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
