Stavros Mercouris Bio

Stavros Mercouris (London) joined KKR in 2014 and is a member of the European Private Equity platform focusing on the Healthcare sector. Mr. Mercouris has been actively involved in KKR’s private equity investments in ELSAN, GenesisCare, Upfield, and Hensoldt, and the special situations investment in Alvogen. Prior to joining KKR, he worked at McKinsey & Co. in London where he focused on client work in a range of industries. Mr. Mercouris holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, a masters in Finance from Cambridge University and a BSc in Theoretical Physics from Imperial College.
