Sandra Ozola Bio

Sandra Ozola (New York) joined KKR in 2009 and is the Global Head of Human Capital, where she leads KKR’s people and talent function. She previously served as the Head of Human Resources for KKR's Investing & Distribution businesses and the Human Resources Director in KKR EMEA. Prior to joining KKR, Sandra held various senior HR roles at Merrill Lynch and Citigroup in London and was the Head of HR at Hansabank in Latvia. Ms. Ozola holds a B.A from the University of Latvia and an M.B.A. from the University Of Chicago Booth School of Business.
