Meghan Kies Bio

Meghan Kies (New York) joined KKR in 2021 and is a member of the Human Capital team, where she supports KKR Capstone, Credit and KKR Capital Markets. Previously, she was an HR relationship manager supporting the investment teams globally at Wellington Management. Prior to that, she spent more than thirteen years at AQR Capital Management in a wide range of HR roles and most recently, in a dual role as senior HR business partner in the Americas and head of international HR, overseeing all HR initiatives in Europe and Asia. Earlier in her career, Ms. Kies spent time at Amaranth Advisors in campus and lateral investment recruitment. Ms. Kies has an M.S. in Organizational Management and Human Resource Development from Manhattanville College and a B.S. in Marketing and Management from Siena College.
