Jason Wang Bio

Jason Wang (Beijing) joined KKR in 2012 and is a member of the Private Equity team. Mr. Wang has played a significant role in KKR’s investments in Bytedance, Gambol Pet Group, Sunner Development, Jiangsu Yuguan Modern Agriculture, Xingsheng Selected, United Envirotech, and VATS Liquor Chain. He was also actively involved in United Envirotech’s acquisition of Memstar and Jiangsu Yuguan’s acquisition of Sylvan Inc. Mr. Wang is currently a board member of Gambol Pet Group and Jiangsu Yuguan. Mr. Wang holds a B.A. in Economics from Tsinghua University, School of Economics and Management.
