Hilary McNamara Bio

Hilary McNamara (New York) joined KKR in 2011 and is a member of the Human Capital team, where she focuses on administration of the firm's equity award, compensation, and relocation programs. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. McNamara managed compensation for the global mobility team at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. Prior to her tenure at Marsh & McLennan, she was a vice president at Lehman Brothers in New York and London, managing the international human resources team and then the equity award program. Ms. McNamara holds a B.A. from The College of William & Mary and an M.B.A. from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
