Daniel O'Neill Bio

Daniel O’Neill (San Francisco) joined KKR in 2018 and is a Director in the KKR Credit Legal Department. In this role, Mr. O’Neill is focused on investor facing legal matters, including fund formation, negotiation of separately managed accounts, and related compliance and regulatory issues. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. O’Neill was a partner at Sidley Austin LLP where he represented investment managers and fund sponsors in various aspects of the investment advisory business. Mr. O’Neill holds a J.D., Cum Laude, from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
